Zona 0

Maker: Topo Soft

Year: 1991

Rating: 2.5/5

Size: 198 KB

Overview:

Made by the Spanish Topo Soft, Zona 0 seems to be based on the 1982 movie Tron. The concept is nothing new and it is hard to get used to because you move in diagonals. On the plus side, the graphics are pleasantly colorful and very cool.

The way to beat a level is to outlast your opponents on the map. Elimination occurs when that player's bike crashes into a wall or a bike trail. There is a map on the bottom right of the screen that can be quite helpful.

When you start the game, you get to choose between CGA, EGA, and VGA for graphics. After you choose this you will be taken to the menu screen that has three choices: to change the input, redefine the keys, and start. I suggest you redefine the keys right away and set them to what you like. I don't even know the default keys so I can't say what they are. Another thing that brings this game down is the fact that you have to redefine the keys every time you start a new game, regardless of whether the window was closed or not.
