Overview:

The Doom franchise has no doubt been successful, and the first Doom shows glimpses of why. It has very smooth moving gameplay, with decent graphics and an efficient interface. Doom offers more difficulty options than I have seen in a 3D shooter, which is a big plus. Sometimes you may play a game on it's hardest difficulty and think "this is so easy it's pointless", or you may be playing on a pretty easy level and think "man, this is hard". Doom has a long range from its easiest difficulty to its hardest. If you like this genre, you can't miss out on this download.
